STEP 1: Cupid’s bow & upper lip: Start at the center of the upper lip, use the tip of the square bullet to shape the cupid’s bow and work towards the lip corners. STEP 2: Edges of lower lip: Use the edges of the square bullet to outline the lower lip. Start from the corners of the lip and work towards the center. STEP 3/ Center of lower lip: Use the flat top of the square bullet to fill in the center of the lower lip by working it back and forth to complete the application.
