Warm it in your hands, then apply it to the skin with smooth strokes. It helps the massage feel better and keeps your skin moisturized.

Massage oil is for making massages easier and smoother. Body oil is mainly for moisturizing and might not be the best for massage if you want that slick, easy glide.

It’s your call. If you don’t like feeling oily, you might want to shower. If you love how your skin feels afterward, then skip it. Choosing a light oil can help you not feel too greasy.
