Delivery Terms
Overview
We deliver across Lebanon either directly through our delivery team or through courier professionals to the delivery address indicated in the [Purchase Order/My Account - address information form]
Ordered Products are expected to be delivered within [0 to 4] business days from the day you receive an order confirmation email, except during high seasons or big events, delivery might be subject to delays. Orders are exclusively delivered from Mondays to Saturdays during normal working hours from [9 am to 6 pm] or exceptionally later at night. (No delivery shall take place on Sundays and/or public holidays). We may contact you to inform you of the delivery date and approximate time. Delivery charges if any, are indicated separately in the [purchase order/check out cart]. Delivery charges vary from one area to another. Delivery of the ordered Product(s) may be acknowledged by signing the delivery document either directly by the person who placed the order or another adult present at the delivery address and who is able to present an identity card.
Upon delivery of the Product(s), you or your authorized representative must immediately check that the Product(s) received complies with the order you placed, including the type and quantity of the Product(s) you received and the condition of the packaging. If the Product(s) you received do(es) not comply with the order you placed or prove(s) defective, you may return it to us. If non-compliance and/or deficiency is/are proven, you may either (i) have a Product delivered which complies to the one ordered (provided it is available in stock) free of any delivery charge or (ii) have the amount you paid for the Product refunded and credited back to your Skin Society Account.
Skin Society will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Lebanon.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
