Soak fingers in warm water to soften nails and cuticles. To trim nails, lift and pivot top lever of clip, place nail between blades, and squeeze. Using the metal file, file nails in one direction; work from the sides of each nail to its center. Ease back cuticles with pusher tip, then carefully remove cuticles with V-shaped blade by gently gliding trimmer tip along cuticle edge.
