Job Summary:

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for offering an exceptional and personalized service, while maintaining a long-lasting relationship with customers to achieve sales goals. The beauty advisor acts as the main representative of the company and its products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and recommend suitable products.
• Introduce and promote new products to drive sales.
• Organize and display products attractively.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels.
• Report on sales trends, bestsellers, and slow-moving items.
• Ensure sales targets are met and manage promotional activities.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Cosmetology or beauty certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Email.
• Results-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to handle stress diplomatically.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong leadership abilities and customer service skills.
