Job Summary:
The Customer Service will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Welcome and assist clients at the Shop, Skin Time, and the Studio.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Process customer requests accurately within the system.
- Handle cash and financial transactions with precision.
- Confirm client appointments with attention to detail.
- Follow up on pick-up orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Receive and document in-person customer complaints for resolution.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in Retail or Customer Care.
- Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Email.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or direct selling is preferred.
- Proficiency with customer service ticketing systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for beauty products and effective customer service techniques.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a professional appearance and strong leadership skills.
