Job Summary:

The Customer Service will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Welcome and assist clients at the Shop, Skin Time, and the Studio.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Process customer requests accurately within the system.
  • Handle cash and financial transactions with precision.
  • Confirm client appointments with attention to detail.
  • Follow up on pick-up orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Receive and document in-person customer complaints for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in Retail or Customer Care.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Email.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or direct selling is preferred.
  • Proficiency with customer service ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for beauty products and effective customer service techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a professional appearance and strong leadership skills.
