Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual text and imagery concepts that effectively communicate ideas to inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. This role involves developing comprehensive layout and production designs for various media, including advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. The Graphic Designer creates graphics tailored to specific commercial and promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, logos, and imagery for both print and digital applications. These include banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, and magazine advertorials, ensuring that all designs align with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze design briefs to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Plan and schedule projects while adhering to budget constraints.
• Create and conceptualize visual designs based on project specifications.
• Prepare preliminary drafts and present creative ideas for feedback.
• Develop visual assets including illustrations, logos, and graphic elements.
• Apply appropriate colors, typography, and layouts in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members such as printers, copywriters, photographers, and other design professionals.
• Conduct testing to ensure graphics are optimized for various media platforms.
• Revise designs based on constructive feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually compelling and consistent with brand identity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles and multimedia content development.
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Strong visual composition skills, attention to detail, and understanding of web design standards.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach and a creative mindset.
