Job Summary:

The Head of Physiotherapy is responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating the physiotherapy department to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients. This role involves strategic planning, clinical oversight, team management, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare standards and regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the physiotherapy team, develop policies, conduct evaluations, and organize training.
• Oversee patient care, including assessments, treatment planning, and managing complex cases.
• Assess clients, create treatment plans, sell cure programs, and provide follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, monitor care quality, and address complaints.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, represent the department in meetings, and communicate effectively.
• Develop strategic plans, implement service improvements, and stay current with industry advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy; leadership or management certifications preferred.
• Several years of physiotherapy experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Email.
