Artichoke is a plant originating from the Mediterranean basin. It belongs to the large Asteraceae family which includes species as varied as daisy, dandelion, lettuce and echinacea.

Artichoke leaves are traditionally used in herbal medicine to promote the elimination of toxins and fats from the liver, and are more widely recommended to aid digestion.

From the age of 12: Take 2 capsules in one go in the morning with a meal and a large glass of water.
