Holland & Barrett's Chitosan Softgel Capsules contains chitosan which is a non-digestible dietary fibre and therefore has no kilocalories. It is important to drink at least 6-8 cups of water daily when increasing your fibre intake.

Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

Take two capsules thirty minutes before lunch and two capsules thirty minutes before dinner with 250ml of water. Do not exceed stated dose.
