• For adults only.
• Do not take if you suffer from gastric and peptic ulcers or gallstones or if you are being treated with anticoagulants such as AVK.
• Take 3 capsules per day, spaced out over the day, preferably with meals.
• After the first 3 months of use, you can reduce the dose to 2 capsules per day.
• We recommend that you take Chondro-Aid Arkoflex® PLUS for several months.
