Arkopharma Arkogélules® BIO Fucus is an organic phytotherapy food supplement prepared from the whole thallus of Fucus (brown seaweed) using Arkopharma's Totum Intégral technology, which preserves the plant's complete natural phytocomplex. Fucus (Fucus vesiculosus, Fucus serratus and Ascophyllum nodosum) is naturally rich in alginates, polysaccharides, minerals, trace elements and naturally occurring iodine. Thanks to its natural satiety effect, Fucus helps limit calorie intake and is recommended for adults wishing to control their weight as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. It also contributes to normal intestinal transit due to its fiber-rich composition. The formula is certified organic, vegan, GMO-free, and manufactured without synthetic pesticides or artificial colourants.

Take 1 capsule at midday and in the evening, half an hour before meals with a large glass of water.
