Dietary supplement

Take a maximum of 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil 3 times a day (i.e. 0.17 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Equivalence: 1 ml = 36 drops.
