Vamp!; Full color application: start from the base of lashes and comb them with zigzag motions up to their tips. We suggest applying mascara with several strokes, going from one eye to the other, until you get the volume you are looking for. For that final touch, use the tip of applicator vertically.. Vamp! Eye Pencil To outline your eyes, apply the pencil as an eyeliner: start from the inner corner of your upper eyelid and follow the natural line of the lashes. To intensify your gaze, apply the pencil inside the eye: this will emphasise the geometry and colour of the iris. For a more dramatic effect, apply it to the inside upper lash line as well: this will enhance the mascara effect.
