STEP 1: DETAIL Shake Brow Pen before use. Starting at the highest point of the brow, apply hair-like strokes in sparse areas. Use light pressure and work towards the end of the brow, applying in the direction of hair growth. Next, apply hair-like strokes through the front of the brow. STEP 2: FINISH Working off the back of the cap, swirl Brow Freeze into a spoolie brush and remove excess before applying. On clean brows, brush a small amount of Brow Freeze through the brow using the spoolie brush to tame hairs into place. Lay brow hairs down flat for a laminated effect. Keep Brow Freeze tightly sealed when not in use. BROW PEN Shake in downwards motions before use. Little pressure is needed when applying. Remove with any waterproof remover and/or cleanser.
