Adults, adolescents (15 years and older): Apply a small amount of gel, thinly and evenly to the affected area (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet…) up to twice a day. Massage the product into skin to ensure it penetrates well until thoroughly absorbed. Wash hands after use.
