Apply a hazel nut-sized amount of gel twice a day on muscles and joints (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, feet) to alleviate and relieve. Rubbing the product well into the skin. Wash your hands thoroughly after use. For Children (7 -12 years) application should be supervised by an adult; seek medical advice before using the product.
