Omega 3-6-9 contains borage, fish, and flax seed oils to provide a balanced EPA, DHA and GLA profile. It has been processed (including molecular distillation) to help remove heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins, furans and other potential contaminants.

Among the essential fatty acids of Omega 3 is Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA). This component is not produced by the body and is vital for good health. Omega 6 is another essential fatty acid that the body does not produce. The most common type of Omega 6 is Linoleic Acid (LA).
Omega-9 fatty acids are not essentials for the organism, but they also have an important role in the regulation of vital functions. The most common fatty acid in the Omega 9 is Oleic Acid, which is by 70%. Oleic acid is the main ingredient in olive oil.
