DHA and EPA
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Elcosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are Omega-3 essential fatty acids that assure a balanced and healthy development. They cannot be synthesised by the body, therefore need to be obtained through food and/or supplements.
