Spontaneous in the Mediterranean basin, especially in Morocco and Spain, compact oregano appreciates arid lands, roadsides, dry and rocky areas.
This cousin of marjoram can grow up to 2000 meters above sea level.

This essential oil is HEBBD (Essential Oil Botanically and Biochemically Defined).

Take a maximum of 2 drops of compact oregano essential oil 3 times a day on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure compact oregano essential oil without a carrier, or mixed with water. For other usage tips, ask your pharmacist for advice. Equivalence: 1ml = 34 drops
