ral use: Pour 2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral tablet (or a teaspoon of honey, olive oil, 1/4 sugar.) Do not use pure without support, nor mixed with water . Dermal : - Massage, facial, hair and body treatment: 6 drops (adult) or 4 drops (child) of essential oil in 10 ml of neutral oil. Do not use pure. - Bath: mix 10 to 20 drops depending on the size of your bathtub, in 1 neutral base cap for bath and shower. - Foot or hand bath: mix 6 drops of essential oil in 1 teaspoon of neutral base. - Shower: mix 3 drops of essential oil in a neutral base cap for an aromatic shower gel.
