Naturally present in the north of the Mediterranean basin, true or officinal lavender has also been cultivated for several years in Bulgaria, Ukraine and even Australia.
In France, the four producing departments of the South alone represent some 20,000 cultivated hectares.

This essential oil is HEBBD (Essential Oil Botanically and Biochemically Defined)

Take a maximum of 2 drops of true lavender essential oil 3 times a day on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure true lavender essential oil without a carrier, or mixed with water. Equivalence: 1 ml = 31 drops. For further usage advice, ask your pharmacist.
