Rosemary verbenone essential oil has a fresh, camphoraceous and aromatic scent.

This shrub, 1 to 1.50 metres high, originally from Corsica, has spread to Spain and also flourishes in North Africa. Rosemary is an undemanding species and grows particularly around the Mediterranean, where it likes sunny exposures with marked summer drought.

This essential oil, a food supplement, is HEBBD (Botanically and Biochemically Defined Essential Oil).

Take a maximum of 2 drops of verbenone rosemary essential oil 3 times a day (i.e. 0.2 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Equivalence: 1 ml = 30 drops. For further usage advice, ask your pharmacist.
